Scleranthus for decisions
The Bach Flower Scleranthus helps you make decisions, stay focused on what’s truly important to you, and still your mind. And when you succeed in this, you live a simpler, more authentic life.

Decision-making is key
Everything we do is a decision.
Sometimes this is obvious. For instance, “Should I go out or stay in?” Or, “Should I go for this job?”

At other times, however, it may not be so evident. For instance, distraction comes from responding “yes” too often, and procrastination from an inability or unwillingness to choose at all, therefore indefinitely vacillating between “yes” and “no”.
Scleranthus for procrastination
If decision-making doesn’t come easily to you, if you procrastinate, or if you feel frequent ups and downs, consider Scleranthus. You may experience your ups and downs as fidgeting, rapidly changing moods, or fluctuations in body temperature.
Or perhaps you have a tendency to take on a project, only to become bored with it before it’s complete, and start up a new one before finishing the first.

How do you make decisions?
Possibly it’s obvious to you that you have a hard time with decisions, or that you procrastinate. You appreciate that questions niggle at you for days, weeks, months, or even years, and you just can’t seem to come to a decision.
These questions may be significant, such as whether you should change your career, have another baby, or go on that trip. Or perhaps they are of little consequence, like what you should eat for lunch, what movie to see, or should you go on that coffee date or just stay home.
Or perhaps you don’t even realize you have an issue with decision-making. I fell into this category for years. I simply thought I had a busy mind without appreciating that it was full of questions. It was only after I started taking Scleranthus and my mind began to still that I realized I had been continuously pondering questions.
Scleranthus for simplicity, authenticity, and joy
Scleranthus is one of the Bach Flowers that helps you make better decisions. It helps you steady your physical and emotional processes. And when you spend less time and energy struggling with questions and decisions and flipping from one extreme to the other, and instead focus on moving forward in the direction that is right for you, your life becomes simpler and you experience greater space, authenticity, and joy.
