I create my Essential Oil rollers with Bach Flowers from oils I select for both their scent and their properties, along with Bach Flower remedies to support and reinforce my blends. You can choose one of my existing blends, or ask me to customize a roller around the scents and purpose you are looking for.
Rollers are convenient because the strong Essential Oils are already pre-diluted in a carrier oil, meaning you can apply them directly to your skin (unlike bottled Essential Oils, which must first be diluted).
Please note that if what you are looking for is precise, individualized Bach Flower support, your best choice would be a Bach Flower blend instead.

It is calming and centering while also supporting mental clarity and focus, which is why I particularly like it before important meetings or other times when I want to be in top form. Bach Flowers are added to strengthen and support those qualities.

Peppermint-Lavender combines calming Lavender with refreshing, invigorating Peppermint, together with Bach Flowers selected to complement the oils. I particularly like this combination for mental clarity and for times when you want to feel sharp and alert. I also use it on my temples and the back of my neck when I have a headache.

Geranium Balance
Geranium Balance has a sweet, floral scent with a hint of citrus and is both uplifting and calming. I regularly use Geranium as a perfume because I love both its scent and its balancing qualities. This roller combines Geranium with complementary Essential Oils, including Frankincense, with Bach Flowers added to support the overall balancing effect.

Ylang Ylang
Ylang Ylang has a sweet, intense floral scent and is deeply calming. It is also associated with the heart chakra and has traditionally been used as an aphrodisiac. I adore Ylang Ylang, and along with Frankincense it is one of my favourite Essential Oils. Bach Flowers are added to reinforce the calming and balancing qualities of the roller.

Forest Calm combines several Essential Oils with my Calm & Chill Bach Flower blend. The tree oils give it a deeper, woody scent, while the overall blend is relaxing and grounding. Q: Why do you use both Essential Oils and Bach Flowers in your rollers?
Both Essential Oils and Bach Flower essences come from plants, but from different ends of the spectrum. Essential Oils are extremely concentrated plant extracts, whereas Bach Flower remedies are the opposite, being super-diluted (analogous in many but not all ways to homeopathic remedies) and work energetically through vibration. When combined in Essential Oil Rollers with Bach Flowers, you get both the lovely scent and support of Essential Oils, and the powerful benefits of Bach Flowers.

You choose based on what your goals and objectives are. Let’s start by reviewing what distinguishes each of the three:
(a) Bach Flowers are flower essences that support you in balancing your thoughts, moods, and feelings so that you are in a better place to go after your goals. I use Bach Flowers to help my clients increase their confidence, motivation, and energy, reduce anxieties, fears, and overthinking, improve their sleep and strengthen boundaries, and more. (b) Essential Oils are also extracted from plants and flowers. However, in contrast to Bach Flowers, which are highly diluted essences similar to homeopathic remedies, Essential Oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, and therefore are scented. Essential Oils are fabulous to use when scent is important to you, such as when you wish to scent a room, take a whiff of a smell to invigorate or relax you, or use it as perfume or in a body cream or bath. Beyond scent, each Essential Oil also carries its own properties similar to Bach Flower Essences, whether it is relaxing, invigorating, cleansing, or focusing.
(c) Essential Oil Rollers with Bach Flowers combine both Bach Flower essences and Essential Oils, so you get the benefit of both. Rollers are also pre-mixed, meaning they are easy, convenient, and ready-to-go.
Q: When do I choose a Bach Flower blend instead of a roller?
A Bach Flower blend is the best choice when you want to prioritize getting to the root causes of an issue, rather that simply the symptoms.
Let’s say you suffer from sleep issues, whether it be difficulty falling asleep, challenges staying asleep, or very light sleep where every single noise wakes you up. Now, you could go with an Essential Oil such as Lavender, Frankincense, Serenity blend or PastTense blend to help you sleep, and in most cases it will.
However, if you want to target not just your sleep right now, but also the root causes of your sleep issues so you’ll also sleep better tomorrow and next week, your best option is a Bach Flower blend that also gets to the root causes of your sleep disturbances.

Q: Why is there a wide range of prices for Essential Oil Rollers with Bach Flowers?
Prices vary based on the price of the Essential Oil(s) contained in the rollers. And Essential Oil costs vary tremendously, based on factors like difficulty in extracting the oil, the rarity of the relevant plant or flower. For instance, Lavender is a relatively inexpensive Essential Oil where Frankincense is not, and that accounts for the difference in price between the two rollers.
HOW TO USE YOUR ESSENTIAL OIL ROLLER WITH BACH FLOWERS
Q: How do I use my roller?
Roll it onto pulse points such as your wrists, behind your ears, on your neck, or your temples. You can also apply it anywhere else on your body that feels good to you. I personally love applying them above my upper lip, below my nose, so that the scent is as strong as possible for me. Be sure to avoid contact with your eyes. If you have sensitive skin, it is helpful to do a patch test (by applying to a very small patch of skin to ensure there’s no reactivity) before using for the first time.
Q: How often can I use my Essential Oil Roller with Bach Flowers?
A: You can use it as frequently as you want, remaining mindful of your own skin sensitivities. If you notice any irritation, discontinue use.
Q: Are Essential Oil Rollers with Bach Flowers safe for children?
A: I make Essential Oil Rollers with Bach Flowers at a medium concentration to balance scent with being gentle on skin. If you’re going to be using them on young children, let me know and I can make a special order roller for you that is more highly diluted, appropriate for young kids.
Q: What else is useful to know about my Essential Oil Roller with Bach Flowers?
A: I make all my Essential Oil Rollers with Bach Flowers to order, so they are as fresh as possible. However, the process of the scented notes melding can sometimes take up to about 48 hours, so you may find the scent in your Essential Oil Roller with Bach Flowers is more fully developed after a day or two.
Q: What if the roller ball isn’t gliding smoothly?
A: If you find the roller ball isn’t gliding smoothly, press it firmly against a hard surface like a tissue on a table – (the tissue is for hygienic purposes, and the table is for pressure). This usually releases it and allows it to roll smoothly again.
Q: How do I store my Essential Oil Rollers with Bach Flowers?
A: Keep them out of direct sunlight, ideally in a cool location.
ESSENTIAL OIL SAFETY
Q: Are there any safety concerns I should know about?
A: Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts. While generally safe when properly diluted, they can interact with certain medications and may cause skin sensitivity in some people. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or have health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before ordering and use. Avoid contact with eyes and ears. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use.
If you are ordering a bottle of Essential Oil, one benefit of ordering Doterra is that certain of them can be taken internally, such as peppermint, orange, and lime. They are great in drinks (yum!). However, please be aware that some Essential Oils should never be taken internally, such as (but not restricted to) Eucalyptus, Cedarwood, and Cypress, and that most brands of Essential Oils other than Doterra’s are not of high enough quality to be taken internally. Always double-check and show caution and common sense before taking any Essential Oil internally.
Q: Are Essential Oils Kosher?

Q: What is photosensitivity?
A: Citrus Essential Oils can increase sun sensitivity. If your Essential Oil Roller with Bach Flowers contains citrus oils, avoid applying to areas that will be exposed to direct sunlight for at least 12 hours after application.
