If you don’t leave time between them, nothing bad will happen, but they may be less effective if the different formulas contain conflicting essences – for instance, one blend supporting energy while another supports relaxation. A: Bach Flower blends are traditionally preserved with alcohol. However, for those avoiding alcohol, I am happy to prepare you special-order bottles (for the same price) preserved with vegetable glycerine instead of alcohol. These bottles come with dropper tops since glycerine is too thick for spray tops.

A: Take 4 drops or 2 sprays, 4 times daily, plus an extra dose whenever you particularly feel the need.

A: Take 4 drops or 2 sprays, then repeat every 10-15 minutes as needed.
Q: What’s better: a spray top or dropper top on my bottle of It’s My Time?
A: Both are equally good, so it’s a personal choice. Some people prefer spray tops because they’re faster to use – just press and go, plus they make external application easier. On the other hand, dropper tops are traditional for Bach Flower essences. Choose what appeals to you more.

A: Both methods are equally effective, and you can use whichever is most comfortable or convenient at any particular time.
To take internally, place 4 drops or 2 sprays directly in your mouth (avoid touching the bottle to your mouth to maintain cleanliness), or add to water, coffee, tea, or food.
To take externally, spray or drop onto any part of your body – neck, chest, head, belly, arms, legs. It’s particularly soothing to apply directly to areas where you feel stress. For example, spray It’s My Time on your chest if anxiety feels concentrated there. Be sure to avoid spraying in your eyes or ears.
You can mix methods during the same day. You might take drops internally in the morning and spray externally later on – use whatever method feels right in the moment

A: Yes – add 5 sprays or 10 drops with your favourite essential oil. This creates a continuous effect since frequency increases effectiveness.
