Do you want to know how long it will take for your Bach Flowers to work? Check out this post here.

Power Formula

Use Power Formula when you want to get things done – when you find yourself procrastinating, or needing motivation or energy.

How to use your Bach Flowers: Take 4 drops or 2 sprays when you notice yourself procrastinating, avoiding, or feeling that it’s just too much to get done. Then take 4 more drops or 2 more sprays 15-20 minutes later, and continue until you start getting stuff done.

It usually doesn’t take very long!

You have another option, if not getting things done is a chronic issue for you. In that case, use your Power Formula by taking 4 drops or 2 sprays, 4 times a day, spread out throughout the day (for a total of 16 drops or 8 sprays).

Stress Formula

Stress Formula can be very helpful when you are worrying, scared, under pressure, or feeling stressed, such as during tests or exams, interviews or lectures, upon waking from a nightmare or when you have trouble falling asleep.

How to use your Bach Flowers: Take 4 drops or 2 sprays, and then 4 more drops or 2 more sprays 15-20 minutes later. Continue this way until you begin to feel better.

You have another option, if feeling stressed or under pressure, or not sleeping well, is a chronic issue for you. In that case, take 4 drops or 2 sprays, 4 times a day (for a total of 16 drops or 8 sprays).

Note: if you are consistently feeling stressed or pressured, or have issues with your sleep on a consistent basis, a better choice for you may be a custom formulated Bach Flower tincture

Magic Birth Formula and Calm Birth Formula

Your anxieties and fears around childbirth are utterly normal and understandable.

Both Magic Birth Formula and Calm Birth Formula help you calm your fears around childbirth, so you feel more present and calm. They can be taken at any stage of your pregnancy, from the early weeks to labour and giving birth.

How to use your Bach Flowers: Take 4 drops or 2 sprays when you notice yourself feeling anxious, worried, or scared about giving birth, then 4 more drops or 2 more sprays 15-20 minutes later, and continue until you start feeling better.

You have another option, if your fears are strong and ongoing. In that case, take 4 drops or 2 sprays, 4 times a day (for a total of 16 drops or 8 sprays).

Bach Flowers for Dogs, Cats, and other animals

Is your furry friend lucky enough to have a bottle of Bach Flowers? If the answer is yes, then a huge yay for your friend, and a tremendous congratulations to you for providing a medication-free solution to so many emotional imbalances suffered by cats, dogs, and other animals. ❤️

How to use your Bach Flowers: give your dog or cat 6 drops or 3 sprays, 4 times a day.

You can put the Bach Flowers in food, on treats, or in drinking water. I suggest putting 6 drops or 3 sprays in your dog or cat’s drinking water, and then the other three dosages on food or treats.

Please note that it will not harm the other animals in the home to injest Bach Flowers intended for a different animal.

Custom Formulated

Custom formulated Bach Flower combinations are created specially and uniquely for you!

Using your Bach Flowers: follow the specific instructions you were provided.

That being said, generally the dosage for using your Bach Flowers is 4 drops or 2 sprays, 4 times a day (for a total of 16 drops or 8 sprays).
