What does that actually mean?
Human Design uses a lot of confusing jargon. One that’s tossed about a lot is “design” as in “What’s your design?” and “How are you designed?”
I strive for clarity, so rather than referring to your “design” in Human Design, I prefer using a GPS metaphor instead. This is because I find it’s clearer and more accurate to consider your Human Design as the end map in your personal GPS than simply a “design”. In other words, your Human Design reprsents your ideal destination.
Human Design is interesting in how it differs from a personality test. Whereas a personality test talks about where you are right now, Human Design sheds understanding about where you best self lies, and gives you a clear path toward it.

What’s the connection?
What is the connection between an essential oil scent and its quality? That’s a very interesting question, and exactly what a client asked me yesterday.
The backstory is that she had purchased a Lavender Essential Oil from me and afterwards when I asked her how it was, she told me that it smelled fainter than some of the other oils she had purchased, and wondered why. And thus this video was born.
A few of the things mentioned: it is not only the scent that creates change during aromatherapy, but also other types of molecules that affect your nervous system. In addition, there are often differences between high- and low-quality oils that can affect the scent, such as its dilution, whether or not artificial scents have been used, and species of a specific plant that are included in the Essential Oil.

(and what to do instead)
Procrastination is often treated as a discipline or motivation problem, but very often it’s an avoidance response to discomfort, uncertainty, or unresolved feelings. In this brief video, we review why we procrastinate and what actually helps when forcing yourself doesn’t work.
Spoiler alert: rather than trying to push through or distract yourself, start by bringing awareness to what feels uncomfortable about what you’re avoiding. When you take a moment to notice what’s underneath the resistance, it often becomes much easier to sit with it and move forward. Procrastination tends to lose its grip once the underlying thoughts or feelings are no longer being avoided.
This is closely aligned with how I work with both Human Design and Bach Flowers. Human Design helps clarify how you are naturally built to make decisions and engage with tasks, while Bach Flower remedies help clear old patterns hold you back.
Not Just for Anxiety
Explore unique Bach Flower blends and see how Bach Flower remedies are not just for hard times and anxiety (though Bach Flowers certainly help with this!) but also for when things are looking good and and you’re aiming for even more excellent🤩
Discover Bach Flower formulas that include the Bach Flower essences Oak, Centaury, Mimulus, Wild Oat, and Walnut. The first unusual blend is for a woman (a Manifesting Generator, for Human Design buffs!) who feels exhausted and depleted because she spends more time helping others than herself.
The second blend is for a professional who has just quit his job after many years of service and is trying to figure out his next moves.
You will also see two Popular Bach Flower Blends (Get Sh*t Done and Calm & Chill) that are great for the office.
For Generators
Do you ever second-guess your decisions? Many lawyers and other professional women, although looking confident from the outside, struggle inside – including with decision-making at work or at home (or both!).
Human Design offers a powerful way to change this so you make strong decisions with confidence.
In this video, and through the examples of Sonia, a Human Resources manager, and Aviva, a lawyer, Sat-Sung explains how Generators (one of the five Human Design Types) can make better decisions, stop overthinking, and move forward with confidence.

Enjoy Your Family More
The holidays are coming up, and with them come holiday family meals. They can be wonderful because we’re with people and loved ones we haven’t seen for much of the year, and they can also be stressful for that exact very same reason.
That’s where Bach Flower essences come in. Bach Flower remedies help balance our emotions and feelings, and bring out our best qualities. And when we bring out our best qualities, we also see the best qualities in those around us ❤️
The following Bach Flower remedies are covered in this video: Willow, Holly, Mimulus, Honeysuckle, Star of Bethlehem, Gentian, Impatiens, Chestnut Bud, Rock Water, Pine, Centaury, Cerato, and Sat-Sung’s special Bach Flower blend “Confidence”.
School Separation Anxiety
School separation anxiety is tough on the whole family.
In this short, Sat-Sung shows how one family used Calm & Chill Bach Flower blend to help their twin daughters transition to Grade 1.
Bach Flower remedies for kids help ease difficult school transitions naturally.
In this case the entire family took it together – creating a supportive environment for everyone during this stressful time.
Natural remedies for school anxiety like Bach Flowers help children crying about school adjust without medication.
with Bach Flower Essences
A client came to Sat-Sung for Bach Flowers, receiving a custom-formulated Bach Flower blend, formulated to help her be kinder and more patient with herself.
A few days later, she told Sat-Sung that her shoulder pain had completely gone away – even though she hadn’t mentioned it before.
That’s one of the things that are so amazing about Bach Flowers. They work by effectively shifting your thoughts, moods, and emotions, which often leads to changes in the body as well.

Human Design and Cats
This video was born after a Human Design client spoke with Sat-Sung about putting their cat on a diet – and Sat-Sung began thinking about the connection between different Human Design Types and how they would deal with putting their cat on a diet.
Learn different strategies for Manifestors, Projectors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, and Reflectors – and putting their cat on a diet.
And good luck to all! Because we all know that when a cat wants to eat – it wants to eat😻
If you’re reading this, I might also assume you love cats – and if so, you are warmly invited to the Facebook group Cats with Personality – The Group that Sat-Sung admins. It’s a warm, friendly group and we’d love to have you.
Bach Flower Remedies
This video is about how Sat-Sung works with her clients with Bach Flower Essences, so you can get an idea of what she’s like and if you’d likely be a good match together. And also to learn a bit more about Bach Flowers in general.
What is important to Sat-Sung as a Bach Flower practitioner is getting to the root of her client’s problems.
In this super-short video, we look at a hypothetical example – when someone comes for a Bach Flower consultation because they are feeling low energy and want to fix the problem, and how Bach Flower help.
For Manifestors
Grief has many layers. And Human Design is an effective tool for more deeply understanding certain of those layers.
In this episode Sat-Sung reviews the Human Design chart of a man who is grieving after losing his wife of many years (keeping all of his details anonymous), and consider some of these connections.
Some of the Human Design connections covered include his Human Design Type (Manifestor), Authority (Ego or Heart defined), relevant Open Centers, and his Profile (including a 4th line).
Getting rid of the idea that there is “one best way” to network
Many people are told that there is only one “right” way to network, and that if you don’t follow this technique, you won’t succeed. Sat-Sung of Sat-Sung Solutions vehemently disagrees with this statement. In this webinar she shows you why – including how to use Human Design to select the most aligned networking strategies for you personally.
Sat-Sung explains that by learning into your natural strengths and gifts through Human Design, you can effectively strategize your networking activities in a way doesn’t drain your energy, time or mojo, but rather extends your reach, getting you closer to your goals in an efficient, aligned, and – dare I say – pleasurable way.
Let’s talk 5-1 Profiles
This session is all about how to create more time – not by trying to fit more in or using the newest productivity app, but rather by working with your Human Design to make the most out of your day. This includes making clear and confident decisions according to your unique Human Design chart, setting better boundaries, and stop wasting time and energy on things that don’t serve you or aren’t truly important to you.
In this webinar you get to see real-life examples from three people’s actual charts (I’ve changed their names to preserve their confidentiality). My objective is to show you how understanding your unique quirks and strengths, and leaning in and accepting them, helps you free up way more time so you have more of it for going after your goals, rather than being stuck in the drab and dreary.
If you’re like to see your own chart (with a different name) in a future video – let me know!
For Women Solopreneurs
Tailored for women solopreneurs, this resource reveals how Human Design helps you strategically select online platforms and content that are best for you, allowing you to market with added precision and authenticity.
In the session you get to explore the Human Design charts of three actual women solopreneurs, and see how Human Design can help you tailor your marketing strategies so they take advantage of your unique personality, strengths, and gifts.
This is one of the reason why Human Design is so empowering, for it allows you to understand yourself more deeply, pinpoint your strengths, and lean into them, in order to reach for your goals with greater ease and success.
