My client is a life and relationship coach who’s expanding her business, and she came to me for a Bach Flower blend to support her in this (of course, all details here are clouded in order to protect her anonymity).
Underlying patterns
During our conversation, I understood that two underlying patterns were keeping my client from being as big and successful a coach as she wants: (1) a tendency to trust others more than herself, and (2) quick-to-rise feelings of frustration whenever noticing others “advancing” more rapidly than she.
Taking these pattens and our conversation into account, the custom-formulate Bach Flower blend I created for her contained the following five Bach Flower tinctures to support her in growing her business:
- Cerato and White Chestnut, to help her trust herself and her ideas.
- Impatiens, Willow and Holly, for trust and patience in the process.
The overall intention of this formula was to have my client trust herself deeply, enabling her to expand her capacity to follow her own coaching path without being distracted by or comparing herself to others.
Creating Bach Flower blends for coaches
Related to this story, I want to share three things that are always front-of-mind for me when I create a custom-formulated Bach Flower blend for you:
- I identify the underlying pattern under your discomfort. In this story, my client came to me for a formula to help her expand her business. And the underlying pattern was a tendency to trust others more than herself, and to feel frustrated when comparing others’ progress to hers. It’s really important that we deal with these underlying patterns, for if we don’t, they will simply show up in other areas of your life.
- It’s also critical to me that the Bach Flowers in your blend work together in synchronicity. The blend I create for you is always intentional, with the different tinctures in it mutually supporting and strengthening each another’s powers.
- I make sure you always feel cared for. That I’m here for you not only with Bach Flowers (or Human Design, Access Bars, or Essential Oils) but also that I’m genuinely present with you with all my heart.
